Both bikes have the same power, which is a 1252cc Revolution Max 1250 engine. In this, you also get four pre-programmed modes which are Road, Sport, Rain, Off-Road and Off-Road Plus.
Harley Davidson Pan America 1250 Adv
Harley Davidson India has launched the much awaited Pan America 1250 Adventure motorcycle in the country for Rs 16,90,000. The motorcycle will be made available in two variants where the base trim is priced at Rs 16,90,000, while the high end spec US 1250 is priced at Rs 19,99,000. All these prices are x show room India. Both variants of the new Pan America 1250 will be separated according to their equipment and features list.
If you talk about some standard features of both, it includes full-LED lighting, Bluetooth-enabled 6.8-inch color TFT touchscreen display and a USB C-Type outlet. At the same time, an additional kit will be provided in the Top and Pan America 1250 Special, which will come with a premium electronically adjustable semi-active suspension setup, center stand, heated grips, tire monitoring system, steering jumper and industry first adaptive ride height system.
There are five riding modes to choose from for the standard trim. At the same time, you also get four pre-programmed modes (road, sport, rain, off-road and off-road plus) and a custom mode. You can set it according to your choice of rider. At the same time, the special trim gets 2 additional modes which are customizable.
In terms of mechanical terms, the same power has been given in both the bikes, which is a 1252cc Revolution Max 1250 engine. It gives power of 150bhp at 9000rpm and torque of 127Nm at 6750rpm. You get a 6-speed unit in the transmission option.
Some of the major competitors of the bike include the BMW R 1250 GS and the upcoming Ducati Multistrada V4 in the Indian market. Let me tell you that Harley Davidson’s performance in India has not been as spectacular for some time. In such a situation, the company is now fully focusing on its production. Very few people are buying the bikes of this segment in India. The reason is that they are very expensive. Earlier, the company had talked about preparing its own different strategy, which we can see in the future.
