Ranchi : A meeting of the District Level Covid Task Force was organized today under the chairmanship of the Deputy Commissioner in Ranchi Collectorate. In the meeting organized through virtual medium, all district level officers including Deputy Development Commissioner, Ranchi, Sub-Divisional Officers Sadar and Bundu, Civil Surgeons, Nodal Officers of all Cells, all BDOs of the district, CO, MOIC (MOIC) and PMU members was present. During the meeting, the Deputy Commissioner, while reviewing the prevention and vaccination of COVID-19 infection, gave necessary directions to the senior officials of all the cells.
In the meeting convened by Deputy Commissioner Chhavi Ranjan, review of COVID-19 vaccination work in the district was done. He inquired in detail about the work of giving 15 plus, 18 plus and prescription doses. He directed the Deputy Development Commissioner to submit the weekly report of all the Block Development Officers for the last one month. The Deputy Commissioner said that how much target was given to all the BDOs and how much they have achieved, tell through the report.

Instructions for collecting booth wise data
The Deputy Commissioner reviewed the booth wise door to door survey work during the meeting. While directing all the EROs to work with the Block Development Officers, the Deputy Commissioner said that they should collect booth wise data of door to door survey. The Deputy Commissioner directed to make the report related to this available by Wednesday so that how many people have shifted or migrated and how many have taken the vaccine elsewhere.

Deputation of teachers above class 9 will be canceled
While reviewing the deputation in District COVID Hospital (Sadar Hospital), Bundu Sub-Divisional Hospital, Resaldar CHC, the Deputy Commissioner directed the Civil Surgeon to cancel the deputation of teachers above class 9th. Along with this, in view of the decline in the cases of COVID-19, he also directed to start the treatment of general patients in the fourth and fifth floors of Sadar Hospital.
How many teachers took double dose, give DEO report
During the meeting, Deputy Commissioner Chhavi Ranjan instructed the District Education Officer to report how many teachers have taken both doses of COVID-19 vaccine in all private and government schools of the district. Along with this, he also directed to issue letters related to coming to school with both doses of teachers and support staff in all government and private schools.
