Audi cars will be expensive from January 1 in the country, rising input costs and weakness in rupee is the reason

Audi cars are going to be expensive in India from next year. It has been announced by the company. The reason for the increase in the price is being attributed to the rising input cost and the weakness in the rupee. The company says that the price of cars like Audi A6, Q8 etc. is going to increase by 2 percent from 1 January 2021.

Balbir Singh Dhillon, head of Audi India, says that in Audi India we try to give the best to the customers. But rising input costs and rupee fluctuations have put pressure on our cost structure and forced us to raise prices. From 1 January 2021, the ex-showroom prices of our models will increase by 2 per cent. Though we tried to keep the impact of increased costs at various levels only to ourselves, but in the current situation it has become mandatory to increase the price to maintain growth.

He further said that we have made sure that the burden falls on the customer. Only a small part of the increase on customers is being passed on. The company is offering many service packages to the customers so that they can enjoy the car easily.
