Ashok Leyland has showcased the ‘CNG engine H series’ on the ongoing EXCON 2022, organiszed by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). Based on the sturdy leverage of the BSVI engine improvement, the CNG engine H sequence (4 and 6 Cyl) is designed for off-highway / CEV purchasers, and this product would be the first of its type within the CEV / mining and off-highway section.
The H sequence CNG engine key options embody ECU-controlled gasoline leak detection; improved cold-start functionality; enhanced lower-end torque and flat torque from 1200rpm to 2000rpm; gear-based torque management for higher gas financial system; sturdy engine valves and valve seats for CNG operation.
It fulfils CEV V requirements with out SCR or DPF, and options multipoint sequential gasoline injection for reliable efficiency; a 500 hours oil drain interval; and the utmost energy within the sector.
