Shane Warne Dies: Australia’s legend cricketer and one of the world’s greatest leg-spinner Shane Warne died of a heart attack on Friday. Shane Warne, who made Australia the world champion and made Rajasthan Royals the IPL champion under his captaincy, was planning to return to the cricket world once again till a few days before his death. However, now his dream has remained unfulfilled forever.
Actually Shane Warne wanted to become the coach of the England cricket team. About a week ago, he had said this in an interview given to an Australian radio. Shane Warne had said, “I want to do this. This is the right time to be the coach of England.”
In fact, England’s team was badly defeated by Australia 4-0 in the Ashes series in January. Since then, England coach Chris Silverwood has resigned and the position has been vacant since then. England have appointed Paul Collingwood as interim coach, but have yet to get a permanent coach.

“I think I will do a good job there. England has a lot of good players and a very good talent pool. However, you have to do some basic things right to win. Warne’s management issued a brief statement in the early hours of Saturday (AEDT), that he died of a sudden heart attack in Koh Samui, Thailand. “Shane was found unconscious in his villa and, despite the best efforts of medical staff, could not be saved,” the statement said.
An iconic name in international cricket, Warne has played 145 Tests for Australia since making his debut in 1992, taking 708 wickets. Wherein in his 194 ODIs (ODIs), Warne took 293 wickets.
