This news is for the food lovers and they like to take up challenges along with hobbies, then it is icing on the cake for them. Swami Shakti Sagar, a Delhi based restaurant in Uttam Nagar, presents a unique challenge to all the foodies. The restaurant will offer a reward of Rs 71,000 to those who can eat a 10-feet long dosa in just 40 minutes.
According to Mint, Shekhar Kumar, owner of Swami Shakti Sagar restaurant, said, “There is a 10-feet long dosa challenge going on in our restaurant, if a person completes the dosa on his own in 40 minutes, we will pay a prize money of Rs.71,000. Will check.”
He said, “Earlier we used to make small dosas. Everyone starts small. Then I thought of making slightly bigger dosas. Thinking that if we make bigger dosas, it will be a big challenge and more customers will come. That’s why I asked to make big tawa on which we can make big dosa, so that people can come for the challenge.”
Kumar said that 5-foot, 6-foot and 8-foot griddles are common, so he thought of something bigger, which would be different.

Kumar further added, “So far 25-26 people have accepted this challenge. No one has won this challenge yet. We are getting calls from everywhere. The main thing for us is that we make the quality of the dosa. Because we focus on the quantity of it. So we keep that in mind.”
