The actress’s petition for relief was dismissed by the Bombay High Court on November 25, 2021, after which the entire matter reached the Supreme Court. Pandey has said that she was not the victim but the accused in the case. Because of this I could have been arrested at any time. It further stated that ‘all videos of Pandey on some pornographic websites have already been blocked by the Central Government in 2015’.
