For Kisan Credit Card you have to fill a form. Voter ID, PAN Card, Passport, Aadhar Card, Driving License. Any of these documents can be attached. Along with this, you can use Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Passport, Aadhar Card or Driving License for verification of address.

Farmers taking loan through Kisan Credit Card have to provide some important documents like Aadhar. If farmers want, they can also apply for Kisan Credit Card from their mobile phone sitting at home.
First of all, farmers have to go to the website of Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare by clicking on this link https://eseva.csccloud.in/KCC/Default.aspx.
After that you have to click on “Apply New KCC”.
After this you will be asked CSC ID and Password. After entering the correct ID and password, you can click on “Apply New KCC”.
After that you have to fill your Aadhar number. But during this time it must be kept in mind that only the Aadhaar number of the farmer whose name is associated with the Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana will be valid here.
After entering the correct Aadhaar number, the form of PM Kisan Financial Detail will open.
After this you have to click on “Issue of fresh KCC”.
Now it is the turn to fill the Loan Amount and Beneficiary Mobile Number. Along with this, you will have to fill the name of your village and the Khasra number.
