In the case, the court awarded 1.03 hr. to farmer Sandeep Pawar. 31 lakh 94 thousand 318 rupees total compensation for garrison land, it is said that while the farmer was declared 14 lakh 24 thousand 235 rupees, the court directed to provide additional compensation of 17 lakh 70 thousand 83 rupees to the farmer as follows. Shriram Ratna Chavan, Jeevan Jadhav, Ramesh Hari Jadhav, Shankar Manjre, Ashok Janusing, Shiva Dhore and Chandrabhan Dhore, these farmers of the village had also appealed in the court and the court had issued instructions to provide them more compensation, but in this regard There was always procrastination on the part of the railway administration.
Farmers had reached on the directions of the court
In this regard, on the appeal of farmer Sandeep Bhujang, the Yavatmal Court issued a notice against the concerned department, on January 4, after taking a notice of seizure in the name of Executive Engineer, Central Railway Wardha, farmer Sandeep Pawar, Ed. BV Thackeray, accompanied by bailiff GP Anjankar, reached the office of the Deputy Chief Engineer (Construction), Wardha, where there was a discussion with Assistant Engineer AS Shastri for about an hour, other farmers were also present on this matter, the senior officer was contacted over the phone on 11 January A hearing is about to be taken about land acquisition, in which there is talk of discussion about giving more compensation to the farmers. Finally, after a long discussion, the farmers returned to their villages after the confiscation proceedings were postponed.
If justice is not found, confiscation action will be taken
Railway administration has always been procrastinating in relation to giving more compensation to the farmers, this is the second time the farmers reached here with the notice of confiscation, if the farmers do not get justice soon, then next time confiscation action will be taken.
