Nashik: Voting is going to be held on Tuesday for 6 Nagar Panchayats of Nashik district Niphad, Peth, Surgana, Devla, Dindori and Kalwan. Tight arrangements have been made for the election. A total of 292 candidates are in the fray for the 87 seats. All the political parties have fielded their candidates in the elections. There is no OBC reservation in Surgana and Peth Nagar Panchayats, so elections are being held in all the 17 seats here.
Polling is being held in 14 seats of Niphad and Dindori Nagar Panchayats. Polling is going on in only 11 seats in Devla. In this place 5 seats were reserved for OBC. Niphad : 27 Polling Stations

Polling is going on in 14 seats of Dindori. For this, polling will be held at 19 polling stations. 19 Polling Station Presidents, 57 Polling Officers, 95 Staff and 23 Voting Machines have been made available for the elections. In Dindori, 14 thousand 717 voters will exercise their franchise. Shiv Sena’s Sujit Murukute has been elected unopposed from this seat.
Peth: 29 voting machines
Polling is being held at 17 polling stations of Peth Nagar Panchayat. For this, 2 zonal officers, 21 polling station presidents, 66 polling officers, 21 employees have been appointed. Voting will be held on 29 voting machines.
Surgana: Fight between 64 candidates
For Surgana Nagar Panchayat, 64 candidates are in the fray for 17 seats. A total of 4212 voters will vote here. Polling is being held at 17 polling stations. For this, 17 polling station presidents, 51 polling officers and 34 polling staff have been appointed. So 30 voting machines have been kept.
