Mumbai: The case of Omicron, a dangerous variant of Coronavirus, has increased the panic in the country. Meanwhile, concerns have increased even more regarding a fresh Omicron case in Mumbai. A 29-year-old man who arrived in Mumbai from the US has tested positive for Omicron. Surprisingly, the person had taken three doses of corona, but despite this his test has come positive.
According to a report, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) said that a 29-year-old man who returned from New York has tested positive for Omicron in Mumbai on Friday. This person had no symptoms of corona and had taken three doses of Pfizer’s corona virus vaccine.
It has been said in the report that the corona test of this person was done at the airport on 9 November in which his report came positive. After this his samples were sent for further testing in which his Omicron test has come positive. Now the corona test was done by tracing two high-risk contacts of the person but their report has come negative. The patient was currently admitted to the hospital as a precaution.
