Under the Kayakalp scheme, evaluation of various health institutions is done by the government through district and state level committees and awards are given to them. The objective of this scheme is to provide high quality healthcare to the citizens by modifying the healthcare system.

Accordingly, out of 59 primary health centers in the district, Papal Center has got the first number in the Kayakalp scheme. Papal Primary Health Center has been successful in creating a trusting environment due to its excellent treatment practices, careful action on various health issues and public awareness. In the year 2020-21, 73 family welfare surgeries were performed at the center and 255 institutional deliveries took place. This rate of institutional delivery is highest in the district.

The staff of Papal Primary Health Center has developed an independent Ayurveda garden. The garden has been developed with plants and flowers like Kili Peepal, Adulsa, Nivdung, Umber, Amla, Shatavari, Herbal Tea, Chafa, Heena. In such a situation, there is a pleasant atmosphere in the area. There is also a selfie point. Its aim is to create a pleasant environment for the patients and their relatives.
