After that the bill is paid. The agency owner got fine tuning with the department as stationery was purchased regularly. Taking advantage of this, he got Rs 67 lakh in connivance with the clerk. Created false bills of purchase. The surprising thing is that the owners of these five agencies are from the same family. The purchase of stationery, printing material was shown for the health department from December 2020 to March 2021. Bogus approval was taken for the purchase by signing the Assistant Commissioner of General Administration Department. After this the bill of 67 lakhs was sent to the Finance Department. Surprisingly, Chief Finance and Accounts Officer Vijay Kolhe paid the check without checking the bill.
