The company had issued an IPO of Rs 2768 crore. 14,59,97,120 shares were bid for 2,77,99,200 equity shares of Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC. Accordingly, the issue was subscribed 5.25 times. This issue was purely an offer for sale.
