Honda Cars India is all set to launch the Honda Amaze facelift in the country on August 18, 2021. The Japanese carmaker has officially started accepting pre-bookings for the Amaze facelift with a token amount of Rs 21,000. The new Amaze facelift can be booked offline at all authorized Honda dealerships across India. Interested buyers can book a car online from the comfort of their home through the ‘Honda from Home’ platform on the official website with an amount of Rs.5,000.

One of them has been made. We are extremely excited to add another chapter to the model’s success story with the launch of the new Amaze later this month. The new Amaze has become even more premium, stylish and refined. We are coming up with a completely fresh lineup in the upcoming festive season and hope this will create a new buzz in the market.”
What will be special in Honda Amaze facelift
The subcompact sedan in the Honda Amaze facelift will get a midlife cycle update, which will bring better exterior styling and richer interiors. The facelifted model is likely to get new LED headlamps, tweaked grille and bumpers, new alloy wheels and minor changes at the rear. On the inside, the sedan is expected to get customized upholstery, a tweaked dashboard layout, a new touchscreen infotainment system, several new features and more.
Under the hood, the Honda Amaze facelift will continue to get the same machinery options. The 1.2-litre i-VTEC petrol has been tuned to generate 89 bhp power and 110 Nm of peak torque. The 1.5-litre i-DTEC diesel motor develops 99 bhp and 200 Nm power figures. Transmission options include a 5-speed manual gearbox as standard along with an optional CVT automatic. This is the only offering in this segment with a diesel-CVT combination. Note, the diesel CVT variant produces only 79 bhp power and 160 Nm peak torque.
