In fact, when Mi’s smartphones compete with other brands, 85 of its premium category phones ie those whose price is more than Rs 20 thousand, were found to be quite satisfied with their device. At the same time, MI India is also in the non-premium category (less than 20 thousand rupees) smartphone market, with a score of 51 percent in terms of keeping customers fully satisfied. The second place in the list is of OnePlus.
Mi Phone Customers More Satisfied
According to consumer intelligence firm Red Quanta, customers of Mi India were found to be more satisfied than other phones in the premium and non-premium smartphone category. This result is revealed in a study done on more than 8000 users in Tier 1 and Tier 2 market. Which states that customers who buy Mi phones are happy and unaware of the smooth after-sales service.
Mi has better after-sales service network
MI India COO Muralikrishnan B told that the company has a detailed after-sales service network covering more than 600 districts in the country. He said that our focus is always on such matters as transporter spare parts pricing, online appointment, corona safety norms, fast and skilled repair process and reducing weight time.
How the after-sales service rating was determined
All smartphone brands in the study were measured in after-sales services with 6 standards, including basic infrastructure and service features, quality of the problem solution, COVID-19 safety parameters, staff interaction, ease of service initiation and service completion. Based on the turnaround time of the phones, the phones were compared and in the results, Mi won.
