A person is charged with animal cruelty after a neighbor in his Chelsea residence constructing mentioned a robust odor was emanating from the residence — the place the constructing supervisor would uncover the person’s canine useless and rotting.

Massi Ennis, 24, was charged Friday in Chelsea District Court with animal cruelty. Judge Matthew Machera set $500 bail and ordered Ennis to don’t have any contact with animals and to return to courtroom on Dec. 23.
