Baker on Wednesday nominated Jeremy Bucci to function a Superior Court justice, Kirsten Hughes as clerk Justice of the Peace of Boston Municipal Court’s South Boston Division, and Christopher Phillips as clerk Justice of the Peace of Boston Municipal Court’s Brighton Division.
