Dozens of people have been affected by minor skin irritation and respiratory problems from a chemical leak at a water park in the Houston area. The officials gave this information. The Harris County Fire Marshal’s office tweeted, “29 people were taken to local hospitals on Saturday following the Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Splashtown incident in Spring.” 39 people were refused to be taken to the hospital after initial treatment.

Officials said the chemical consisted of hypochlorite solution and 35 per cent sulfuric acid. Houston’s Chief Elected Officer Lina Hidalgo tweeted: “Grateful for the prompt action of first responders in Splashtown today.” He said that we have issued a closure order to investigate and fulfill all the requirements before reopening the park.
Four people died due to carbon monoxide leak
