A 19-year-old scholar was stabbed to loss of life in Manchester on Wednesday night time.
The man was killed within the early hours of Wednesday morning within the common scholar space of Fallowfield.
Officers from Greater Manchester Police gave him CPR however he died later in hospital.
The sufferer has not been named, however his subsequent of kin have been knowledgeable and are actually being supported by officers.
Detective Superintendent Neil Jones stated that officers are “working round the clock” to work out what occurred and catch the killer.
“This was a terrible crime which has robbed a young man of his life, and my thoughts are with his family at this devastating time,” he added.
“We are actively pursuing leads and will relentlessly pursue the offender to ensure they are brought to justice.”

Since the stabbing, extra officers have been despatched to patrol scholar areas.

It is hoped the patrols will assist “gather intelligence and reassure the community”, Det Supt Jones stated.
