His feedback got here after Rishi Sunak stated authorities was “giving it everything” to strike a deal.
Meanwhile, Labour has stated it expects to again any pact reached within the nationwide curiosity.
Mr Raab stated: “We usually are not there but. But we’re clearly ready the place we’re on the cusp of a deal.
“I am reasonably confident. We wouldn’t be talking about it if we didn’t think there was a good momentum… but we have got to get all the pieces in place.”
He added: “But I think, hopefully, there will be good news in a matter of days, not weeks.”

Labour’s shadow international secretary David Lammy stated he anticipated his get together to again any deal.

“It’s very doubtless that if a deal does emerge will probably be an enchancment on the Northern Ireland protocol deal that was struck by Boris Johnson just some years in the past.
