Three troopers have died following a collision between two military helicopters within the US state of Alaska.
Two of the troopers died on the scene, with the third dying whereas on the way in which to hospital.
A fourth soldier is being handled in hospital for accidents following the crash on Thursday, which concerned two AH-64 Apache helicopters coming back from a coaching flight within the Healy area of the northwestern state.
The troopers’ identities have been withheld till kin are notified, the military mentioned.

Each helicopter was carrying two individuals on the time of the accident, John Pennell, a spokesman for the US military Alaska, mentioned.
“This is an incredible loss for these soldiers’ families, their fellow soldiers, and for the division,” Major General Brian Eifler, commanding normal of the eleventh Airborne Division, mentioned.
