Despite a greater distance from the Sun’s main energy source, this increase in temperature is seen in most stars and represents a fundamental puzzle that has been considered by astrophysicists for decades. In 1942, an explanation was proposed by the Swedish scientist Hens Elfven. He theorized that plasma magnetic waves carry large amounts of energy around the Sun’s magnetic field from its interior to the corona, bypassing the photosphere and that heat is blasted into the Sun’s upper atmosphere.

The theory was temporarily accepted but empirical observations (Empirical Observation) As evidences were needed that such waves existed. To explain this difference, scientists have tried to understand the nature and characteristics of the Sun. This activity of plasma in the convection zone on the upper part of the Sun’s interior produces large electrical current and strong magnetic field. These magnetic fields are then pulled from the inner part of the Sun by convection and left as dark spots (sunspots) on its visible surface, which are groups of magnetic fields that form many types of magnetic structures in the solar atmosphere. Huh.
What does alfwen’s theory say
Here comes Alfvén’s theory. He said that the enormous activity of electrically charged particles within the Sun’s magnetic plasma disrupts the magnetic field, creating waves that move large distances as well as large amounts of energy from the Sun’s surface to its surface. Leads to the upper atmosphere. This heat moves along the solar magnetic flux tube and explodes in the corona, creating high temperatures.
