Data of more than 50 crore Facebook users is available on a hacker’s website. This information seems to be several years old, but it raises questions about the security of the detailed information collected by Facebook and other social media sites.
The information about the availability of data was given by the ‘Business Insider’ website. According to this website, phone numbers, Facebook IDs, full names, locations, dates of birth and email addresses of people from 106 countries are available online. Questions have been arising on Facebook for many years about the safety of people’s information.
