A Terrorist attack has occurred in the Mediterranean Sea on a Cargo vessel in Iran. Tehran has warned of stern action against its accused.
A Terrorist attack has been carried out in the Mediterranean Sea on a Cargo vessel in Iran this week. The country’s government media gave this information in a report on Friday. This report said that there were no casualties in the blast. The report quoted State Shipping Line spokesman Ali Ghiyasia as saying that the commercial ship going to Europe, Sahar-e-Kord, was damaged in the attack.
The spokesman said, due to this bombing, the main part of the ship was damaged and caught fire. However, this fire was soon controlled. Ali Ghiyasiya said that such acts of terrorism and such incidents of piracy are contrary to international standards. He said, the perpetrators of this terrorist action will be punished through international organizations. The report said that the ship assessed the damage and then proceeded on its way. No one has been blamed for this attack.
Attack on Israeli ship, Iran accused
Earlier this week, Israel alleged that the Revolutionary Guard of Iran installed an explosive device on its cargo ship. Israel said that these detonation devices were mounted on Helios Ray in international waters near the Gulf of Oman in February. The ship was going from Saudi Arabia to Singapore. Israel said the ship was badly damaged due to the explosion and had to return to the port of Dubai due to crew safety.
Tension continues in Iran-Israel
However, Iran rejected Israel’s claim as baseless. Explain that Iran does not recognize Israel as a country. Iran supports anti-Israel militia groups such as Lebanese Hezbollah and Palestinian Hamas. At the same time, on Friday, General Ismail Ghani (Esmail Ghaani), the head of Quds Fort, warned that Tehran would destroy the wall. His gesture was from the Israeli walls built in the West Bank. Iranian officials have always said that if Israel attacks the country, they will destroy it.
