New Delhi: Russia has reduced the number of its soldiers on Tuesday near the Ukraine border. Despite this, Russia’s pressure on Ukraine still continues. Meanwhile, relief news has come to the fore. According to the news agency AFP, the Russian Defense Ministry has announced the end of Crimea Military Drills on Wednesday. The Russian Defense Ministry has shared a video of Russian military equipment and forces leaving Crimea. Earlier on Tuesday, Moscow said that some of its soldiers are returning to their military bases. This is a sign of de-escalation of tensions of a possible invasion of Ukraine.
Earlier on Wednesday, the US warned that there was still a possibility of a Russian invasion of Ukraine. US President Joe Biden said in a statement that reports of troops returning to the military base were unverified and that the number of Russian troops besieging Ukraine had been revised from 100,000 to 150,000.

On the other hand, Ukraine’s Defense Ministry, major banks and military have been cyber-attacked in a series on Tuesday amid the threat of Russian aggression. There is no indication of a more serious cyber attack under the guise of this attack.
In technical parlance, this is being described as a ‘Distributed Denial of Service’ (DDoS) attack, which means targeting a server and flooding it with Internet data, so that normally incoming data is disrupted. At least 10 websites in Ukraine have been shut down due to this attack. These include the websites of the Ministries of Defence, Foreign Affairs and Culture.
