A police officer and former officer in Northern Ireland are dealing with prosecution, following the leaking of pictures from the scenes of sudden deaths.
The two shall be prosecuted for alleged misconduct in public workplace, a call introduced by the area’s Public Prosecution Service (PPS).
It is known that one of many officers has already been dismissed from the Police Service of Northern Ireland whereas the opposite has been suspended.
The prosecution is being launched by the PPS in response to proof contained in an investigation file by the Police Ombudsman for Northern Ireland.
The Operation Warwick investigation examined a lot of incidents, together with the alleged sharing of pictures taken on the scenes of sudden deaths.
