Cargo boat capsized in strong waves

A cargo boat capsized on Saturday near a port in Pio Duran in the Philippines’ Albe province, and 10 crew members were rescued by police, firefighters and villagers. Apart from the Philippines, many European countries are also facing the havoc of floods at this time. In Belgium, floods caused by heavy rains caused destruction in many areas and cars were washed away in strong current. The floods particularly affected the Walloon Brabant and Namur provinces of the city of Brussels.
