He said that every issue of dispute can be resolved through negotiation. Threatening to have a nuclear bomb, Qureshi said that Pakistan and India cannot go to war, as both are nuclear-powered countries. Pakistan has a clear stand on trade with India. It is now India’s turn to make the atmosphere conducive for dialogue.
