Researchers have also found that there is a great difference between Coronavirus Variant and the actual virus. This increases the risk of people getting infected.

Study on COVID Vaccine: Vaccination campaigns are being carried out worldwide to prevent the corona virus. This is because after being fully vaccinated, the risk of people getting infected with COVID-19 is greatly reduced. A study has been done in New York, USA regarding this. This study was attended by 417 Rockefeller University personnel. All these were vaccinated by Pfizer or Moderna. The study found that only two of these workers, ie .5 per cent, were infected.
This study is published in the New England Journal of Medicine on Wednesday. Searchers have said in the study, “We have cited a confirmed case of infection after a vaccine as an example and considered it to be a clinical symptom.” This is why the importance of vaccination efforts being undertaken at the federal and state levels in the US cannot be underestimated (Study on Covid Vaccine). This will also help in furthering the efforts of new vaccine boosters, so that people can be protected against variants.
Difference between variants and real viruses
Researchers have also come to know that there is a great difference between the corona virus variant and the actual virus. This increases the risk of people getting infected. One of the two employees was infected with the mutant E484K variant, which was first found in South Africa in the B.1.351 variant. E484K is also known as ‘escape mutant’ because it also has the ability to transmit antibodies produced from the corona virus vaccine.
51 and 65 year old employees infected
Another worker found the mutant D614G variant, which appeared in the early times of the epidemic. One of the infected is a 51-year-old healthy woman, who was found to be infected with COVID 19 on March 10, 19 days after taking the second dose of Moderna vaccine on 19 February. The woman also had symptoms of COVID (Coronavirus Vaccine News). At the same time, the second person who got infected is 65 years old, who took the second dose of Pfizer vaccine on 9 February.
Vaccine not fully effective
The female employee’s partner had not taken any vaccine and was found infected with COVID on 3 March. A few days later, symptoms started appearing in this female worker as well (Coronavirus Vaccine USA). The report came out positive on 17 March. More studies are needed in this regard. But experts say that such cases also arise because no vaccine is 100 percent effective.
