Han Le could be seen opening a front against the army on the streets of Yangon for about a month before attending this ceremony. During this time, she was demonstrating with the people holding placards in her hands. His speeches and demonstrations have worried the army. Han Le Yangon is a student of psychology at the University and she is very worried about the political crisis born in her country. Talking to the BBC, she said that she will talk internationally about the events happening in the country.
Seeing the cruelty of the army, raised voice against it
Han Le said that the army is arresting journalists in the country. Seeing all this, I have decided that I will raise my voice against it. Han Le is also afraid that she may come under attack from the army due to her speeches. Because of this, they have now decided to stay in Thailand. Miss Grand Myanmar said that when I came to Thailand, I knew that I was now putting myself in danger. She said that she wants to stay out of the country for some time in view of security.
Threats are being received on social media
Miss Grand Myanmar said that I worry about the safety of me and my family. I have exposed the brutality of the army to the world. Everybody knows how she reacts if something is said against the army. My friends are telling me not to return to Myanmar. Han Le said that after making a statement against the army, he has received threatening messages on the social media account. He said that people are telling me on social media that bars in Myanmar are waiting for me.
