The frames of the video were reprojected to show a picture as 3D (3D Video of MARS) with a color filter glass, or to create an enigleaf picture.
Watch Ingenuity Helicopter Flight in 3D Video
Ingenuity Helicopter 3D Flight: The Ingenuity helicopter from the US space agency NASA (NASA) has so far flown to Mars, but a 3D video of its third flight has been released, which is the most special. It can be seen that how Ingenuity is flying. At first the Ingenuity will be seen right in front of the camera, then it goes some distance while flying high in Mars and then comes back after a few seconds. And then he comes and stands at the same place from where he started flying.
These recordings have been done through a zoomable dual-camera Mastcam-Z imager, which is mounted in NASA’s Perversance Rover. Apart from this, the photos taken by this camera also continue to be released by the space agency, so that people get to know about the mission. Whatever new discoveries the rover makes, it helps to know about them more easily through photographs. Along with this, the camera also provides important data, which helps engineers to navigate and scientists choose samples for study.

Imaging scientist Justin Maki of NASA’s Jet Propulsion Lab, based in Southern California, led the team linking photographs to the video. The frames of the video were reprojected to show a picture as 3D (3D Video of MARS) with a color filter glass, or to create an enigleaf picture. Maki has been working to make 3D pictures taken on Mars since his college days. He has also made 3D photographs of NASA’s Sojourner Rover. Which landed on Mars in the year 1997. But this is the first time that he has prepared a 3D video of a flying aircraft on Mars.
You’re in for a treat. I captured #MarsHelicopter’s 3rd flight in # 3D. Got red/blue glasses? Watch it rise and zoom off before returning to nail its landing.

What is the purpose of NASA’s mission?
Maki says, ‘Mastcam-Z’s video capabilities are inherited from the Mars Science Lab MARDI (Mars Decent Imager) camera. This means that we are using these capabilities again in a new mission by preparing a 3D video of a helicopter flying above the surface of Mars, which is very spectacular. ‘ Rover’s drivers and robotic-arm operators use the 3D system to understand how things live on Mars. The purpose of this NASA mission is to find out if life on Mars is possible or not.
