A 70-year-old man who was set alight in Birmingham has been named as Mohammed Rayaz.
He was attacked as he walked again from a mosque on Monday night time and has “horrific injuries”.
Video confirmed him being approached and talking with a person earlier than being sprayed with an unknown substance and set alight.
A person arrested on suspicion of his tried homicide has now been arrested over an identical incident in west London final month.
