India has deployed 50 thousand additional Indian Troops from Ladakh to Arunachal Pradesh. Because of this, now China is starting to feel chilly and its fury is being detected through the country’s mouthpiece Global Times. The Chinese government’s siren Global Times has written that if India unnecessarily competes with China at the behest of Western countries, it will be ‘devastated’. The Chinese newspaper also said that China and India should use their mutual strength.
Global Times has also taken a dig at Defense Minister Rajnath Singh’s recent visit to Ladakh. The Chinese newspaper said that this visit is definitely not going to help in reducing the current tension between India and China. This visit of Rajnath Singh shows the strong stand of India, which it has taken in recent times. However, this is not going to be of any use. The Chinese newspaper claimed that India is not going to benefit from a military conflict with China, as the Indian Army is weak against the People’s Liberation Army (PLA).
India, China should become allies in each other’s development: Global Times
The Chinese mouthpiece said, India will probably not get any benefit from its military power. It is in India’s interest to exercise restraint with China and avoid escalating the border dispute. It said that China’s economy was benefiting even during the Corona period, but India’s economy was among the worst performing countries. Keeping the long term in mind, India and China should focus on properly resolving their border dispute. At the same time, we should be cooperative in each other’s development.
India deployed 50 thousand soldiers on the border
Global Times said that if India indulges in unnecessary competition under pressure from western countries, it will be like a nightmare for India. Earlier, India had deployed an additional 50,000 troops along the border to deal with China’s growing military deployment. Giving information about the news, Bloomberg News Agency described this step of India as historic to counter China. The agency cited four different sources that India has deployed troops and warplanes to three different areas along the Chinese border in recent months.
