Blood clot
In many countries around the world, including Europe, cases of blood clotting have been reported after the vaccine. Because of this, there is a discussion around blood clotting. Blood clots are a very serious disease and the patient should consult a doctor as soon as he sees symptoms. According to the doctors, the blood clot affects the hands and feet of the patient. Due to this, the patient starts feeling muscular pain.
Blood clot is usually a common disease. It occurs when proteins and platelets in blood vessels accumulate together. They are usually deposited in the feet and hands, but they can be deposited in any part of the body including the heart, brain and lungs. If the blood clot is not treated at the right time, then it makes its way to the lungs, which can prove to be very dangerous. This condition is known as ‘pulmonary embolism’. In such a situation, it is very important to get your treatment done when the blood clot comes to the fore.
Be careful if you see these symptoms
According to doctors, blood clots mostly begin to form in the deep veins of the body called ‘deep vein thrombosis’ (DVT). The most common symptom of DVT is that the patient’s feet begin to swell. Along with swelling, there is severe pain in the feet and sometimes they become numb. According to the ‘National Blood Clot Alliance’, the skin color around the affected parts of the body starts changing. It starts to be blue or red. It said that some patients start feeling hot on touching hands and feet.
Blood clot reaches lungs more dangerous
The ‘National Blood Clot Alliance’ said that ‘deep vein thrombosis’ (DVT) occurs when blood clots usually form in the deep veins present in the legs and hands. Symptoms of blood clot may feel like a muscle spasm. But they can be slightly different in feet and hands. Swelling can occur in the feet and hands, the skin changes color and the body starts heating up. When untreated, it reaches the lungs, which is called ‘pulmonary embolism’. The most common symptom of ‘pulmonary embolism’ is sudden breathlessness.
Obesity and sitting in one place also cause blood clot
The Alliance said that due to ‘pulmonary embolism’, some patients have a fast in the chest. This pain is further aggravated when they start breathing rapidly. The patient starts coughing. The easiest way to avoid blood clots is to become cautious on seeing these symptoms and contact a doctor. Obesity, family history of blood clot cases and sitting in the same position for a long time also increases the risk of blood clot.
