Australia Biggest Flood: There are very bad conditions due to flooding in Australia at this time. The most populous state here, New South Wales, has received such a severe flood after several decades, due to which orders have been given to evacuate people on Sunday. The New South Wales State Disaster Service responded to 640 calls for assistance on Saturday, of which 66 calls were made to evacuate safely from Australia (Australia Flood 2021). State premier Gladys Berejiklian said that hundreds of people had been rescued.
He said that such a disaster has come for the first time in nearly a hundred years and orders have been given to evacuate people from many places in the state’s Mid North Coast (Australia Flood Prone Areas). Local officials are urging people not to go to the flood-affected areas. In some areas of the east coast of Australia, the situation is worse. Officials say that a large number of houses have been damaged here. Water has been flooded in low-lying areas.
Damage to homes and roads
Here Chief Minister Glades Berejiklin said, earlier we felt that this is happening for the first time in 20 years but now it seems that this is happening for the first time in 50 years. People living northeast of Sydney have been forced to leave their homes and move to other places at midnight (Australia Flood Area). There has been a lot of damage here due to the filling of water. Now four thousand other people have also been asked to leave the house. Many videos of floods have surfaced on Tilly and social media. In which damage to homes and roads, broken trees can be seen.
First there was a fire in the forests
Officials say hundreds of homes have been damaged. Many prominent boys have been locked up and students are forbidden from coming to school (Australia Flood Bushfire). This incident of flooding has been seen after the fire of the forests which continued till late 2019 and early 2020. In which at least 7 percent of the land in New South Wales was damaged. A warning has been issued to people in at least 13 areas of New South Wales about the increasing risk of flooding and has been asked to leave the house.
