Former Pakistan prime minister Imran Khan has been shot within the leg in what his supporters say was an assassination try.
A gunman opened fireplace whereas Mr Khan was giving a speech to supporters at a rally in Wazirabad in Punjab province, officers stated, wounding him and a few of his supporters.

Mr Khan was rushed away from the scene and his supporters stated he had survived the assassination try.

“He was taken away… a health care provider, who was shut by, handled three sufferers.”
She added: “This was the worst case situation – what so many individuals had been involved about was that this peaceable protest had the potential to show violent.”
