India-China Tension: Tension has been going on between India and China for almost a year. During this time, there have been several clashes between the soldiers of both the countries. However, even after the onset of tensions by China (China), it is not ready to accept it and the responsibility of deteriorating the relationship bears the head of India. In this episode, on Thursday, the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs once again said that Beijing (Beijing) is not responsible for the ongoing tension on the border with India. At the same time, it also warned about showing its naval power in collaboration with foreign powers of India.
According to Hindustan Times report, Beijing has been accusing India of starting border tension in eastern Ladakh. But India has been consistently rejecting these allegations. New Delhi says the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) troops illegally crossed the Line of Actual Control (LAC) in May last year, triggering tension. On the other hand, the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Defense has been continuously accusing the Indian Army of crossing the LAC.
China’s comment on CDS Rawat’s statement
Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Senior Colonel Wu Qian said on Thursday, “Regarding the status of the Western Command of the Sino-India border, China has conveyed information inside and outside and not the responsibility of China to stress is.’ Indeed, India’s Chief of Staff General Bipin Rawat said during the Raisina Dialogue this month that India was determined to prevent a change in the status quo on the northern borders. New Delhi has proved that it will not come under any pressure. Wu Qian has made a statement in the context of this comment.
India will have to work with China for peace on the border
China’s official military portal reported that Wu Qian denied CDS Rawat’s talk. Wu said, the comment made by the Indian side does not completely match the facts. A spokesman for the Chinese Foreign Ministry said that through joint efforts by India and China, there has been a decrease in tension on the border. Soldiers from both sides have retreated from the area of Galvan Valley and Pegong Lake. He said that India will have to work to maintain peace in the border areas with China.
