How much is the cost of vaccines of different companies
Talking about Bharat Biotech’s Corona vaccine, the company’s Covaxin is now available to the states for Rs 400, while private hospitals at a price of Rs 1200 per dose. Earlier, Bharat Biotak had announced to give Rs 600 per dose to the states, but in Basad, the price was reduced to Rs 400. At the same time, the Kovishield of the Serum Institute is now being given to the states for Rs 300 instead of Rs 400. While for private hospitals the price of Kovishield is Rs 600 per dose. In this sense, Sputnik’s vaccine will be costlier than the Kovishield but cheaper than the Kovaxine.
