    China defends rights violation on Uygur Muslims

    India didn’t vote within the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC) on the dialogue on human rights within the Xinjiang area of China. After this, no official assertion has come from China on this transfer of India. However, India had stated in an announcement that the human rights of the individuals residing within the Xinjiang area must be protected.

    After this assertion, China has clarified. China has defended its motion in opposition to Uighur Muslims in Xinjiang, saying it’s working in the direction of the aim of stopping terrorism and separatism.

    China’s remarks got here after India’s absence from voting on the Xinjiang situation on the UNHRC in Geneva on Thursday. It is noteworthy that on Friday, India appealed for the primary time to respect and assure the rights of the individuals of this autonomous area.

    China’s Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Mao Ning stated, “I have seen the relevant news and want to emphasize that the issues related to Xinjiang are not related to human rights, but to counter-terrorism.” He stated this in response to a query about his Indian counterpart Arindam Bagchi’s feedback.

    “Due to strong efforts, there have been no violent terrorist incidents in Xinjiang for five consecutive years,” Mao advised in a information convention.

    However, they remained silent when requested their response on India’s absence from voting on the UNHRC. A decision was introduced within the high human rights physique of the United Nations to debate the human rights state of affairs in Xinjiang. Mao claimed that the voting confirmed that reality will all the time win.
