Afghan army dependent on US planes
The Afghan Air Force is largely dependent on American aircraft and helicopters. The US has sent B-52 Bomber and S-130 aircraft to help the Afghan Army. Apart from this, the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan is stationed in the Arabian Sea. The Afghan army also has some light combat aircraft, but since 2015, only 30 pilots have qualified for it.
