Mi 11X series has started with a bang. Xiaomi India head Manu Kumar Jain said on Wednesday that the company has sold over Rs 300 crore worth of Mi 11X series phones within one and a half months of its launch despite the lockdown in India. The series includes the flagship Mi 11X Pro and the mid-tier Mi 11X. Xiaomi also confirmed that it is preparing to launch the Mi 11 Lite in the country on June 22.
Mi 11X starting price of Rs 29,999
The Mi 11X series was launched in late April. The sale of Mi 11X started from April 27, while the sale of Mi 11X Pro started from May 3. The price of Mi 11X starts from Rs 29,999, while the starting price of Mi 11X Pro is Rs 39,999.
Xiaomi also launched its most ambitious phone Mi 11 Ultra with it. But the sale of the phone did not start and it seems that it will not be sold in the near future also. Xiaomi has confirmed that the Mi 11 Ultra has been postponed indefinitely due to circumstances beyond its control. The reason behind this is the government’s ban on the import of finished electronic devices, which have WiFi modules, from China. Like the Mi 11X and Mi 11X Pro, the Mi 11 Ultra is not made in India.
The company has also confirmed its new product Mi 11 Lite in India. The phone has been available globally since March. It comes in both 4G and 5G variants. Xiaomi has not mentioned which variant of the Mi 11 Lite is coming to the Indian market, but according to the initial teaser, there is a big possibility that it will launch the Mi 11 Lite 4G in the country.
