Xiaomi has launched two new TVs in its premium segment here. The company has given many features in both these products. Apart from this, Xiaomi also revealed other products in its mega event.

Xiaomi has further expanded its smart TV portfolio with the launch of Mi TV OLED 77 and Mi TV 6 OLED series in China. Both smart TVs were launched in Xiaomi’s home market during the mega launch event that lasted for about three hours on Tuesday evening. At this event, Xiaomi revealed the Mi Mix 4 as the first product with an under-display camera. The company also revealed the new Mi Pad 5 series tablet and the company’s first robot Cyberdog at the event. However, here Xiaomi has not disclosed how many of these products will come to the Indian market.
Talking about smart TVs, Mi TV OLED 77 is the company’s most premium and biggest smart TV till date. This Mi TV QLED 75 is based on Xiaomi which was launched earlier this year. Meanwhile, the Mi TV 6 OLED is Xiaomi’s second generation OLED TV that comes with a few upgrades and a lower starting price.
Mi TV 6 OLED features and specs
Xiaomi has introduced the Mi TV 6 OLED in 55-inch and 65-inch screen sizes. The new generation smart TVs come with thinner bezels and are said to help in venting heat. As the name suggests, it has a 4K OLED screen with 97 percent screen-to-body ratio. It has 10-bit professional color depth, 900 nits peak brightness, 98.5 percent P3 color gamut, and MEMC support. The display also supports HDR content with support for Dolby Vision, HDR 10, HDR 10+ and HLG.
For audio, it has a dual channel 12.5W four-unit speaker. Smart TV is powered by MediaTek 9638 quad-core processor clocked at 1.6GHz along with Cortex A55 core and a Mali-G52 MC1 GPU with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage.
Mi TV OLED 77 Specs and Features
The Mi TV OLED 77 features Xiaomi’s flagship OLED V21 panel, with 10-bit color that covers 98.5% of the DCI-P3 gamut and 1000 nits brightness. It uses a 4K display that comes with a 120Hz refresh rate. The panel also gets the help of MEMC technology here.
As for the audio, it has been tuned via Harman Kardon. It has a nine-speaker 70W 3.1 sound system. There is support for IMAX Enhanced, Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos. The price of the TV is CNY 1999 (approximately Rs 2,30,000).
