Users had to face many difficulties in sending and receiving messages. Some users even said that they are having trouble logging into WhatsApp web too. According to the down editor, the trouble started at 10:40 in the night. WhatsApp says that the users had to face the problem for only 45 minutes, but the users told this time more.
Although the company did not say what was the reason behind it, but it was described as a technical problem. A Facebook spokesperson told India Express that, due to a technical problem, many users were having trouble running Facebook. However, now we have removed the solution to this problem. We are sorry for the problems of the users.
Let us know that apart from WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram were also down. For many users, there was a lot of difficulty in running these two apps as well. According to the downtime reporting service, about 28,500 users were having trouble running Instagram and 34,127 users were running WhatsApp.
It has also been said in the report that about 49 percent users were having trouble with WhatsApp connection, while 48 percent users were neither able to send messages nor were able to receive messages. While 57 percent of Facebook users were facing the problem of a complete blackout.
