Facebook Chief Technology Officer Mike Schroepfer tweeted that I sincerely apologize to all those affected by the shutdown of Facebook-powered services. We are experiencing networking issues and teams are working as quickly as possible to debug and restore as quickly as possible. At the same time, in another tweet, it was said that Facebook services are now coming back online. It may take some time to reach 100%. Earlier on Monday night, Facebook said that we are aware that some people are having trouble accessing our apps and products. We are working to get things back to normal as soon as possible and we apologize for any inconvenience. WhatsApp and Instagram also took to Twitter to inform their users about the outage.
