Microsoft has introduced its all-new 2-in-1 laptop, the Surface Pro 8, along with the next generation Surface device. This is the company’s most powerful Surface product so far. This includes redesigning, removable display, laptop-stage-studio mode, etc. The price of Surface Pro 8 laptop starts at $1099.99 (roughly Rs.80 thousand) and is available for pre-order in select markets.
“This update for our stunning 2-in-1 device leads the way in the biggest leap forward since the Pro 3,” the company said in a statement. The Surface Pro 8 laptop is more than twice as fast as the Pro 7, is built on an 11th Generation Intel Core processor, two Thunderbolt 4 ports, and the Intel Evo platform. All these performance benefits, Windows 11 and up to 16 hours of battery life make the Surface Pro 8 the most powerful 2 in 1 device in the market.
What is special in Surface Pro 8 laptop
- The device flaunts a 13-inch high resolution 2880 x 1920 display that supports 120 Hz dynamic refresh rate, Dolby Vision and Adaptive Color.
- The Pro 8 comes with the latest 11th Generation Intel Core chips, up to 32GB of RAM and two USB 4 / Thunderbolt 4 ports.
- The device packs a 5MP camera on the front and a 10MP camera on the rear, both of which are adept at 1080p video (the rear camera can also do 4K recording).
- Microsoft Surface Laptop Studio sports a large 14.4-inch PixelSense display that supports 120Hz refresh rate.
- Laptop Studio comes with 11th generation Intel Core i5 and i7 processors. The Core i5 model is paired with Intel Iris XE graphics, while the i7 model has a Nvedia RTX 3050 TE GPU and 4GB of RAM.
- Users can choose between 16GB plus 32GB RAM option with up to 2TB of SSD storage.
- Surface Laptop Studio starts at a price of $1,599.99 (approximately Rs 1 lakh 17 thousand).

Along with this, Microsoft has also launched Microsoft Surface duo 2 smartphone. This smartphone works on Android OS. It has a dual screen. The latest processor Snapdragon 888 has been used in the device. Microsoft Surface duo 2 has a 5.8-inch AMOLED display. Its resolution is 1244×1892 pixels.
