Indigenous app Koo made its debut in India last year and within a span of one year, this app has created 1.5 crore (15 million) user base, which means that it is used by so many crore people in India. After getting the support of the Union Ministers of India and various government ministries and departments, the number of users on the app is increasing significantly. It is an Indian microblogging platform and Twitter’s biggest rival in India.
Apramaya Radhakrishna, co-founder of Koo social media platform, has told that in the third quarter of this year, the app had 5 million (50 lakh) users. Also, now this app will increase its plan in countries other than India and launch this app there. Now the company that made the Ku app plans to maintain focus in India as well as enter the Southeast Asian market after June 2022.
Radhakrishna says that he will also experiment in South Asia. However, information has not been given from which country it will be started first. But they definitely plan to launch a new market in the second half of next year.

The app was started last year
This app was started by Radhakrishna and Mayank Bidavatka in the month of March 2020. In just 18 months of launch, the app had crossed the 1 crore user mark. Koo app is available in languages like Hindi, Kannada, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Assamese, Bangla and English.
