According to the changed plans on the Vi website, now customers will get Disney + Hotstar subscription of up to 1 year in prepaid recharge plans of Rs 901 or Rs 3,099. The telecom company has unlisted Rs 501 prepaid recharge plan, Rs 601 prepaid recharge plan and Rs 701 prepaid recharge plan from the website. Now only two plans will provide this subscription annually. Most of the plans equipped with OTT subscription were introduced in September.
Customers opting for the Rs 901 recharge plan will get 3GB of high-speed data daily along with 48GB of additional data. Apart from this, they will get unlimited voice calling and daily 100 SMS facility. The validity of this plan is up to 70 days. In the prepaid recharge plan of Rs 3,099, customers get 1.5 GB high-speed data daily, unlimited voice calling and 100 SMS daily. Like the Rs 901 recharge plan, this plan also comes with Disney Plus Hotstar subscription for up to one year.
Customers opting for these plans get offers like Wi’s Weekend Data Rollover, Data Delight and Binge All Night. These plans also include access to Vi movies and TV. Vi is not the first telecom company to have discontinued the Disney Plus Hotstar subscription plan. Earlier Jio company had discontinued this facility in its Rs 499, Rs 666, Rs 888 and Rs 2,499 plans. Similarly, Airtel has discontinued annual access to Disney Plus Hotstar in its prepaid recharge plans of Rs 398, Rs 499 and Rs 558.
