Samsung announced on Saturday that its Galaxy M12 smartphone has become the top-ranked smartphone in Amazon’s bestselling list on the first day in India. According to the company, the Galaxy M12 has become the best selling phone on online shopping website Amazon within 48 hours of sale.
The company said in a statement, “The Galaxy M11 (2020) and the Galaxy M21 (2020) and then the Galaxy M12 have also set a new record of sales for Samsung in its category on the very first day. On the first day of the sale, the sales of the Galaxy M12 were 3.65 times higher than the Galaxy M2S, which was launched in January 2021. ”
The Galaxy M12 comes in two variants. The specialty of the phone is a large 6000 mAh battery. The price of 4 GB plus 64 GB variants of the smartphone has been fixed at Rs 10,999 and 6 GB plus 128 GB variants have been priced at Rs 13,499. Customers with ICICI Bank credit and debit cards will also get a cashback offer of Rs 1,000 on Samsung, Amazon’s website and select retail stores.

It has a 6.5-inch HD Plus (720 by 1,600 pixels) TFT Infinity-V display, which has an aspect ratio of 20: 9. The smartphone is powered by Exynos 850 SoC and is paired with 6 GB of RAM. It has 128 GB internal storage.
The device runs on Android-based One UI Core OS and supports dual-SIM (Nano) slot. It has a quad camera setup at the back, with 48 megapixel primary sensor with f / 2.0 aperture, megapixel secondary ultra wide sensor, 2 megapixel macro sensor and 2 megapixel depth sensor. The smartphone also has an 8 megapixel selfie camera.
