Samsung Galaxy F62 Launched in India: Samsung has launched its new smartphone Samsung Galaxy F62 in India. The company introduced the F Series with the launch of the Galaxy F41 in October last year. The main features of Samsung’s new phone include quad rear camera setup and a large 7,000mAh battery. Samsung’s Galaxy F62 will compete with OnePlus Nord, Realme X3 SuperZoom, Xiaomi Mi10i in the Indian market.
Samsung Galaxy F62 Price
The starting price of Samsung Galaxy F62 in India is Rs 23,999 for the base 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variants. Whereas, the phone’s 8GB RAM and 128GB storage model can be purchased for Rs 25,999. The phone will be available for purchase from Flipkart, Samsung India online store along with Reliance Digital, Jio retail stores and select retail stores from 2 February 12 noon.
The camera
The quad rear camera setup has been given in the Galaxy F62. It includes a 64 megapixel Sony IMX682 primary sensor, a 12 megapixel secondary sensor with an ultra wide angle lens with a 123 degree field of view, a 5 megapixel macro shooter and a 5 megapixel depth sensor.
For selfies and video calls, the smartphone has a 32-megapixel front camera. Both front and rear cameras come with 4K video recording support.

It is a dual sim (nano) phone that has One UI 3.1 with Android 11 operating system. The smartphone has a 6.7 inch Full HD Plus Super AMOLED Plus Infinity O display. The phone has Exynos 9825 SoC processor. It has up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage, which can be increased to 1TB with the help of micro SD card. For connectivity, the phone has WiFi, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS / A-GPS, NFC, USB Type C and 3.5mm headphone jack. There is a fingerprint sensor on the side of the phone.
The Samsung Galaxy F62 has a 7,000mAh battery that supports 25W fast charging. The company claims that it can fill the entire capacity in less than two hours. The battery also supports reverse charging.
